TUAMP = Tiny's Unnamed Aero Media player
This is a early beta, please expect bugs and memory issues
Current version: v0.1.1b
This is a project inspired by Windows Media Center music player, because I was messing arround with a windows 7 virtual machine and decided to give it a try, and when I saw it, I really liked, except for the fact that it got discontinuated, does not support files like ogg or m4a, and it really mess with the album covers, which is kinda lame, and in a attempt to find an alternative, I couldn't find anything like I wanted, so I did what every person would do: cry. After crying, I decided to make a mini version of it because I can :3
It's recommended for you to put metadata in your music, you can use mp3tag or automatag
Also, the canvas backdrop along with the blur is really laggy, in case you want to disable for more performance...
To start, select a folder containing music with metadata

This is a music player that I've been working on recently.
It is heavily inspired by Frutiger Aero and Windows Media Center
it all started with me some while ago trying out Windows 7 in a virtual machine some weeks ago, because i wanted to see how it is to use Win7 in 2026, and i accidentally stumbled upon windows media center, and i really liked the vibe, so i extracted to my main machine and loaded my files, and it was very cool, but it had a issue, it was glitchy, the metadata wasn't correctly loading, only one album cover per folder, _unstable_, etc...
then i tried searching online ogg codecs and a way to make covers load correctly, or even an alternative, but failed miserably, and with no options left... i decided to pull up my secret card: i cried ;-;
after crying, i decided to mess arround with aero style and made the album cover wall, and then i made a little player to make it more immersive
It currently features:
